Sometimes you may want to return an order. Maybe because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
Products that you purchase from us that fall under the "personalized" category are custom made according to the specification(s) you provide. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. This makes the sale final after successful payment.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are usually 2 stamps per package, depending on the weight. Consult the website of PostNL for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us using the form below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Provided a wrong delivery address by mistake? Please take as soon as possible contact with us. We will then try to change the order for you. For the fastest possible processing, please also provide us with your order number and correct address right away.
